Sweethearts of the Rodeo is committed to maintaining the privacy of its website visitors and customers. There are three areas of the website that allow you to submit personal data: during the checkout process, on our contact form, and when you join our mailing list.

When you send us a message via the contact form, you’ll provide a name and email address to support that communication. This data will never be shared with any third parties.

During the checkout process, we will collect your name, address and payment details in order to fulfil your purchase. We also offer you the chance to sign on to a mailing list. In this case, your name and email address is added to a secure mailing list stored by Mailchimp, an email marketing platform. Their full privacy policy is available to read here. Card payment details are sent via a secure, PCI compliant payment gateway, and Sweethearts of the Rodeo does not store this data. We won’t share customer data with any third party marketers.

Data is stored for legitimate reasons: to respond to direct messages sent to us, and to process and fulfil orders and refunds. Your data is only kept on file for as long as necessary to ensure we can provide good customer service, and to maintain our records for accounting purposes.
